The ATLAS-TSI is the behavioral diagnostic at the center of the Future State Found methodology. It measures transformation readiness — not personality type — producing your personal readiness score, your Transformation Gap, and your prioritized development roadmap.

Before it goes live at standard full price, we need our founding validation cohort. We need real transformation professionals to take it, experience it, and tell us honestly how well it works.

PHASE 1 — FIRST 100 ASSESSMENTS

Price: Free

The first 100 professionals to take the full ATLAS-TSI Assessment pay nothing. In exchange, we ask for one thing: a completed feedback survey after you receive your results. Fifteen minutes of your honest input on how accurate, useful, and actionable your results felt.

Every Phase 1 completer is automatically entered in a monthly drawing for one of three $50 Amazon gift cards — drawn each month while this phase is open.

PHASE 2 — NEXT 200 ASSESSMENTS

Founding Price: $47 (Phase 2 opens when Phase 1 closes)

Once the first 100 spots are claimed, the next 200 assessments are available at $47 — less than half the introductory price of $97. Same assessment, same results, same quality. Same feedback survey ask.


Phase 2 closes permanently when 200 assessments are claimed at the price of $47 or on March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. Then the assessment goes to standard pricing of $147 from April 1, 2027 and beyond.

LEVEL 1 FOUNDATION CERTIFICATION — FOUNDING COHORT

Be a Founding Certified Professional

The level one certification is where every individual in the Future State Found system begins. One intensive live day. Your ATLAS-TSI results as the foundation. A working command of the complete FSF methodology. And the Certified Transformation Professional (CTP) credential you carry into everything that follows.

The founding cohort runs September 10, 2026. A second cohort runs September 24, 2026 if demand warrants.

LEVEL 2 PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION — EARLY ADOPTER COHORT

Apply the Full System to Real Work

The level 2 certification is where the methodology becomes your methodology. Pre-work, three full live days, and a follow-up application session — all built around a transformation initiative you are currently navigating. You leave with an execution blueprint ready to deploy and the Certified Transformation Strategist (CTS) credential.

LEVEL 3 ARCHITECT CERTIFICATION — FOUNDING ARCHITECT COHORT

The Highest Credential. The First Cohort. Direct Founder Access.

The level 3 Architect certification is for transformation leaders operating at enterprise scale. Two five-day live intensives, a real-world application period with check-ins, and six months of direct strategic access to the founder after completion. This is not a longer version of Level 2. It is a fundamentally different scope of work — designed for the professionals responsible for the most complex and consequential transformations in their organizations.


The first Architect cohort launches January 2027. This is the only cohort where every participant is a founding practitioner of the highest FSF credential.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I take the assessment and then enroll in Level 1 later?

A: Yes. The ATLAS-TSI Assessment is included as part of Level 1 enrollment, but if you take the free or $47 validation cohort assessment first, your results carry forward and you begin Level 1 with your data already in hand. There is no duplication cost.

Q: Do I have to complete Level 1 before claiming a Level 2 or Level 3 seat?

A: You must complete Level 1 before attending Level 2, and Level 2 before attending Level 3. However you can claim a founding circle seat at any level now to lock in the price, provided you complete the prerequisite before the cohort begins.

Q: What if I claim a seat and then cannot attend the scheduled cohort?

A: Contact us at contact@futurestatefound.com and we will work with you. Founding Circle seats are transferable to the next available cohort at the same level, subject to availability.

Q: Are these live sessions recorded?

A: Yes. All virtual live sessions are recorded and available in your student portal within 24 hours. We strongly recommend attending live — the applied work and peer interaction are where most of the learning happens — but recordings are available if your schedule requires flexibility.

Q: Why does the founding pricing expire on March 31, 2027?

A: Founding Circle and Standard Founding Rate pricing exists to reward early adopters who take the program before we have a full public track record, and to build the cohort of founding individuals whose results become the evidence base for the methodology. After March 31, 2027, prices move to full price.

Q: Is the ATLAS-TSI Assessment a personality test?

A: No. The ATLAS-TSI measures behavioral readiness — what you are currently capable of executing — not personality type. It is fundamentally different from DISC, MBTI, or similar tools. You can read more about the distinction at futurestatefound.com/methodology.

Q: Can my employer be invoiced for these programs?
