Q: How does this specifically differ from a PMP?
A: PMP teaches you how to manage a project — tracking scope, schedule, and budget. Future State Found teaches you how to lead a transformation — measuring human readiness, building genuine alignment, and sustaining execution through the behavioral complexity that project management frameworks assume someone else is handling. They work best together.
Q: What if I miss a live session?
A: All live sessions are recorded and available in your student portal within 24 hours. We strongly recommend attending live — the simulations and peer interaction are where much of the learning happens — but we have you covered if life intervenes.
Q: Can I get my company to reimburse this?
A: Most of our students use professional development budgets. Upon registration you will receive a professional invoice and a Syllabus Overview document formatted for HR or manager submission. If you need help making the internal case, contact us and we will help you build it.
Q: Do I need to complete Foundation before starting Expertise?
A: Yes. Foundation is the prerequisite for all advanced levels. It establishes the diagnostic baseline and methodology fluency that everything else builds on. Your Foundation investment is credited toward any Level 2 enrollment.
