In an industry where 70–88% of transformation initiatives fail, Mark R. Cooley has never had one where he was the sponsor or leader.

Over nearly 30 years, Mark has led large-scale organizational transformations for some of the world's most recognized institutions — including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he drove the Global Financial Enablement transformation program at the organizational level, and Seagen, where he oversaw transformation budgets exceeding $10M annually leading the IT global enablement. He has served as professor, executive consultant, and transformation architect across industries ranging from global technology to healthcare to nonprofit at scale.

What he learned — repeatedly, across wildly different organizations — is that transformation failure is almost never about strategy or technology. It is about the human side of execution. The misaligned stakeholders. The disengaged sponsors. The decision paralysis. The competing priorities. The people who were never measured, never prepared, and never given a system that worked.

So he built one.
