2.2 Assessment and Diagnostic Information When you complete the ATLAS-TSI™ quiz or assessment, we collect your responses and generate behavioral readiness results. This assessment data is used to deliver your results, in aggregated and de-identified form, to validate and improve our methodology. We treat assessment results as confidential personal information. Your individual assessment results are not sold and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services to you or as described in this policy.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs. We do not collect precise geolocation (defined as location within a 1,850-foot radius); any location inferences are IP-based and approximate only.
-
Cookies and tracking technologies: our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, analyze usage, and support advertising, as described in Sections 5.5 and 9 and in our Cookie Policy.
Our cookie banner allows you to accept or reject four categories of tracking: necessary, functional, analytics, and marketing. Necessary cookies are always enabled because they are essential for the Site to function; the other three categories are optional and can be individually accepted or rejected. Your preferences are stored in a first-party cookie and honored across our Site. See our Cookie Policy for detail on each category and the specific technologies each controls. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically apply reject-all preferences - see Section 9.5.

4. Automated Processing of Assessment Results
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- LearnWorlds (learning management platform and checkout)
- JotForm or successor form provider (assessments and quizzes)
- Make.com (workflow automation between our platforms)
- Google Workspace and Google Drive (business email and internal data storage)
- ActiveCampaign (email marketing, automation, results delivery, and site-behavior tracking associated with contact records)
- Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)
- Zoom (for meetings scheduled)
- Calendly (for scheduling video meetings)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others as applicable — see Section 5.5 for detail
These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
5.2 Legal Requirements We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5.3 Business Transfers If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
5.4 With Your Consent We may share your information for other purposes with your consent.
5.5 Advertising and Analytics TrackingWe use tracking technologies from third-party advertising and analytics providers to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to serve relevant advertisements to our audience. These technologies only load when you have consented to the applicable cookie categories and are subject to any Global Privacy Control signal your browser may send (see Section 9.5). Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Meta advertising and to support retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. When you consent to marketing cookies, our Meta Pixel loads and transmits data about your visit, including the pages you view and actions you take, such as completing our quiz, to Meta Platforms, Inc. We have enabled Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching feature: when you provide personal information on our Site (such as your name, email address, or phone number in a form), a cryptographically hashed version of that information may be transmitted to Meta to help match your activity to your Meta account for advertising measurement and optimization. The original personal information is not sent to Meta — only the hashed (scrambled and non-reversible) version. In addition, Meta may automatically collect page and product information visible on the pages you view for advertising optimization purposes.
Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect information about your visit in aggregated form. IP addresses are anonymized before storage, and no precise geolocation is collected. This tool is subject to Google's privacy practices.
ActiveCampaign Site Tracking: We use ActiveCampaign's site-tracking script to associate your website behavior with your contact record in our email marketing platform. This helps us personalize communications and understand which topics interest our audience. This tracking only activates for visitors who have accepted marketing cookies and whose browsers are not sending a Global Privacy Control signal.
Google Ads and LinkedIn: Where we run campaigns on these platforms, conversion-tracking pixels may be present on our Site under the same consent controls described above.
5.6 How Assessment Data Flows Through Our Systems
When you complete our ATLAS-TSI quiz or another lead-magnet form, your responses are submitted through a form platform (JotForm) and routed through our workflow automation platform (Make.com) to: (a) create or update a contact record in our email marketing platform (ActiveCampaign) so we can send you your results, follow-up communications, and educational content; and (b) send your results directly through ActiveCampaign so that engagement can be measured and personalized. Each provider in this flow is bound by data-processing terms and processes your information only as necessary to deliver our Services.
6. Data Retention
- Account and transaction records: retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Assessment results: retained for the duration of your relationship with us and as needed to support your participation in our programs. Aggregated and de-identified assessment data may be retained indefinitely for methodology validation and research.
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or object to processing.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Security
8. Your Privacy Rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format
- Objection and restriction — object to or request that we restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Rights may vary based on your location and applicable law;
not all rights are available to all users. To exercise any of these rights,
contact us at contact@futurestatefound.com. We will respond within the
timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity
before fulfilling your request.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
9.1 Categories of Information Collected In the past twelve months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 of this policy, including identifiers, professional information, commercial information (purchase history), internet activity, and inferences drawn from assessment data.
9.2 Your California Rights
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
9.3 Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising partners through cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and other advertising pixels described in Section 5.5, may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out of such sharing through: (a) our cookie consent banner, (b) our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer, or (c) by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser (see Section 9.5).
When you use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal
Information" link in our footer, you will be taken to a form where you can
submit your request. We receive a notification of each request, review it, and
apply the opt-out to our systems. To ensure your preference takes effect
immediately in your browser session, you should also reject marketing and
analytics cookies through our cookie banner. Cookie preferences are stored in a
first-party cookie and honored for 12 days, after which our cookie banner will
reappear so you can reconfirm your choice.
9.4 Exercising Your Rights To exercise your California rights, contact us at contact@futurestatefound.com or through the mechanisms provided on our Site. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
9.5 Global Privacy Control (GPC) We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. When your browser sends a GPC signal to our Site, we automatically apply the "reject all" preference to our cookie consent settings — which prevents the loading of functional, analytics, and marketing cookies, disables our advertising pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and stops our site-tracking scripts (including ActiveCampaign) for that browser session. Only strictly necessary cookies continue to load. You do not need to take any additional action; the signal is honored automatically for the duration of your visit and for all visitors, regardless of state of residence.
To learn more about Global Privacy Control or to enable it in your browser, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
9.6 Sensitive Personal Information We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act. Specifically, we do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license or state ID numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, contents of your private communications, genetic or biometric data, health data, or information about your sex life or sexual orientation. If our collection practices change, we will update this policy accordingly.
10. Geographic Scope and Data Location
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
11. Children's Privacy
