2.2 Assessment and Diagnostic Information When you complete the ATLAS-TSI™ quiz or assessment, we collect your responses and generate behavioral readiness results, including your readiness score, your Transformation Gap analysis, and your development profile. This assessment data is used to deliver your results, to support your participation in our certification programs, and, in aggregated and de-identified form, to validate and improve our methodology. We treat assessment results as confidential personal information. Your individual assessment results are not sold and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services to you or as described in this policy.

Your ATLAS-TSI assessment results are generated through automated processing — your responses are scored algorithmically to produce your readiness score, Transformation Gap, and development profile. This automated scoring does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you; it is provided as an informational and developmental tool. • LearnWorlds (learning management platform)
• JotForm or successor form provider (assessments and quizzes)
• Make.com (workflow automation)
• Google Workspace and Google Drive (data storage and operations)
• ActiveCampaign (email marketing and automation)
• Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal (transaction processing)
• Zoom (live virtual instructor led sessions for the certifications)
• Advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and others as applicable)
