011. Who we are

Future State Found LLC ("Future State Found," "FSF," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Sky LLC. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

022. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

• Our website at futurestatefound.com.
• Our member learning platform at membership.futurestatefound.com, where enrolled members log in to access program content. It is hosted by LearnWorlds.
• Our checkout pages at pay.futurestatefound.com. They are hosted by our payment processor, Stripe, which also handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Our programs and services: The Starter Kit, the Prevail Launch Program, Founder Coaching, and Strategic Advisory (together, the "Services").
• The Founder Readiness Check and the assessments used in our programs.
• Our emails, live sessions, and other interactions with you.

033. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it.
• Purchase details: when you buy through our checkout, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details. We receive your name, email, billing details, what you bought, and limited payment information such as card type and the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Account details: when you join a program delivered on our learning platform, we create an account with your name and email, and you set a password.
• Professional and business details you choose to share: such as your role, industry, business idea, or information about your business.
• Communications: messages you send us through our contact form or by email, and your survey responses and feedback.
• Privacy and email preference forms: information you submit on our unsubscribe and "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" forms.

3.2 Assessments

• Founder Readiness Check: a free assessment on our website. We collect your answers, your result, and the contact details you enter.
• ATLAS-ESI™ (Execution Style Indicator) and intake assessment: included in the Prevail Launch Program only. We collect your responses about how you execute, your current situation, your skills, and your goals, along with the results and the personal report we create from them. We use this information to give you your personal starting point and as the basis for your work in the program.

3.3 Program participation

• Your progress and activity on the learning platform.
• Posts and comments you make in the member community.
• Your responses to monthly check-ins.
• Live session recordings: our live group sessions are recorded and posted to the member library. If you attend, your name, image, voice, and chat messages may appear in the recording, which other members of the program can view. You can join with your camera off and use a display name you choose.

3.4 Coaching and advisory

• Founder Coaching: information you share in sessions and by email. You may choose to share personal circumstances, such as information about your health, family, or finances. We keep this confidential and use it only to provide your coaching.
• Strategic Advisory: business information about your company is governed by your engagement agreement. Where it includes personal information, this policy also applies.

3.5 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, operating system, the pages you visit, time on pages, and the site that referred you.
• Approximate location: based on your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 8.
• Site activity linked to your contact record: unless you opt out of marketing cookies, ActiveCampaign site tracking can connect the pages you visit to your contact record once we know who you are, for example after you submit one of our forms or click a link in one of our emails.

3.6 Information from others

• Stripe: payment and subscription confirmations.
• FirstPromoter and our affiliate partners: that you arrived through a referral link and made a purchase.
• Advertising and social media platforms: campaign results, mostly in aggregated form.
• Our service providers: as described in section 7.

044. How we use your information

• To provide the Services: your account and access, program content, the member community, live sessions, coaching, and advisory.
• To process payments and send receipts, invoices, and purchase confirmations.
• To create your assessment results and personal report.
• To communicate with you about your purchases, your program, your questions, and changes to our Services.
• To send marketing emails, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time (see section 9).
• To tailor our emails to your interests, including based on pages you visit, unless you opt out of marketing cookies.
• To run our affiliate program and credit affiliates for referrals.
• To understand how our website is used and measure our advertising, unless you opt out (see sections 7.5 and 8).
• To keep our website and Services secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms.

We may also create de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you, and use it for any lawful purpose.

055. Assessments and automated results

• Founder Readiness Check: your answers determine which results page you see and which report we send you.
• ATLAS-ESI: your responses are scored automatically to produce your results and personal report.

These results are informational and developmental. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you have questions about your results, email contact@futurestatefound.com.

066. AI and your information

• We do not enter personal information about our members or clients into AI tools.
• We may use AI tools to analyze de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be traced back to you.
• We may use AI note-taking in video meetings. When we do, the meeting tool notifies participants at the start of the meeting.
• Our programs include instruction files for use with your own AI assistant. What you enter into your own AI account is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, not ours. We do not have access to your AI accounts.

077. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

7.1 Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

7.2 Other members

Community posts and live session recordings are visible to other members of the same program.

7.3 Affiliate partners

If you buy through an affiliate’s link, we share with that affiliate the limited information needed to credit the referral, such as the fact that a purchase was made. We never share your assessment results or program activity with affiliates.

7.4 Legal requirements, business transfers, and consent

• When required by law, or to respond to valid requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will notify you if ownership of your information changes.
• With your consent.

7.5 Advertising and analytics

These tools load unless you opt out in our cookie settings or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures our ads and lets us show ads to people who have visited our site. It sends page views and actions, such as completing the Founder Readiness Check. Automatic Advanced Matching sends hashed (scrambled, non-reversible) versions of contact details entered on our forms.
• Google Analytics 4: shows us how our website is used, in aggregated form.
• Google Ads and LinkedIn: conversion measurement for ad campaigns, when we run them.
• ActiveCampaign site tracking: links your site activity to your contact record (see 3.5).

Under some state laws, sharing information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising counts as "sharing" or a "sale," even when no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time (see sections 8 and 13).

088. Cookies and your choices

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you know we use cookies and gives you a way to manage your choices. Cookies fall into four categories:

• Necessary: required for the website to work. Always on.
• Preferences: remember your settings.
• Analytics: help us understand how the site is used.
• Marketing: advertising measurement, affiliate referral tracking, and ActiveCampaign site tracking.

Preferences, analytics, and marketing cookies are on by default. You can turn any of them off at any time from the cookie banner or the cookie settings button on our website. Your choices are saved in a cookie on your device.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out. Analytics and marketing tools, including the Meta Pixel and ActiveCampaign site tracking, do not run. We honor GPC for all visitors.

Our built-in website analytics, provided by Framer, do not use cookies or identify you.

Our learning platform has its own cookie banner. There, optional cookies stay off until you accept them, and necessary cookies let you log in and use the platform. Global Privacy Control signals are honored there too. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

099. Emails from us

• Service emails: receipts, account messages, assessment results, and program updates. You will receive these while you use our Services.
• Marketing emails: we send these only with your consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also use the unsubscribe form on our website. We keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it.

1010. How long we keep information

• Account, purchase, and invoice records: while your account is active, and afterward as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
• Assessment responses and reports: while you are in the program, and for a reasonable period afterward to support your continued work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Live session recordings: for as long as they are offered in the member library.
• Coaching and advisory records: for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward, or as set out in your advisory agreement.
• Marketing information: until you unsubscribe or object.
• De-identified or aggregated information: may be kept indefinitely.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it securely.

1111. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we choose providers that do the same. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1212. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Receive your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or sharing.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Appeal our decision if we deny your request.

To make a request, email contact@futurestatefound.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will respond within the time the law requires. To appeal a decision, reply to our response and tell us why, and we will review it.

1313. California privacy rights

This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

13.1 What we collected in the past 12 months

• Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address, account details.
• Customer records: billing details and limited payment information.
• Commercial information: purchases and subscriptions.
• Internet activity: pages visited and interactions with our site and emails.
• Professional information: role, industry, and business details you share.
• Audio and visual information: live session recordings.
• Inferences: your assessment results and report.
• Sensitive personal information: only if you choose to share it, for example in coaching, and used only to provide the Services you requested.

We collect this information from you, from your use of our website, and from the sources in section 3.6. We use it for the purposes in section 4 and disclose it to the service providers in section 7.1. Identifiers and internet activity may be shared with advertising platforms as described in section 7.5.

13.2 Your rights

You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services you ask for, so we do not offer a separate right to limit its use.

13.3 How to opt out of sale or sharing

• Reject marketing and analytics cookies in our cookie banner or under "Cookie Settings."
• Submit the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" form linked in our website footer.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

13.4 How to make a request

Email contact@futurestatefound.com or use the forms on our website. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission, and we may need to verify your identity directly.

1414. Where we operate

Our Services are intended for people in the United States. They are not directed to people in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other countries outside the United States, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Information is collected, stored, and processed in the United States.

1515. Children

Our Services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

1616. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites and services, such as Amazon for The Founder Revolution and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

1717. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify registered members by email or on our website.
