Programs overview

Three Stages. Three Programs. One System.

Every founder-led business climbs the same mountain, and gets stopped by one of three constraints: the founder's own capacity, the team's ability to execute, or the design of the organization itself. All three programs run on the same foundation: measure how you and your team actually execute with the ATLAS-ESI™, then run the DELIVER Operating System™ at the depth your stage needs.

Which One is Right for You?

Three Honest Questions:

01

What's the constraint?

  • Everything still runs through you, and there's no real team to hand things to → Base Camp
  • The team exists but can't carry weight without you; starts everything, finishes little The Climb
  • Founder and team both function, but the structure has maxed out and the big initiative is stalled The Expedition
02

Who carries it?

  • You're building your first carriers Base Camp
  • You want the system installed so your team runs it The Climb
  • You want the person who built the system carrying it with you The Expedition
03

What's in motion?

  • The business itself is the project → Base Camp
  • Ten things in motion, nothing reaching done The Climb
  • One high-stakes effort that's been drifting for quarters The Expedition

The Foundation Under All Three

Studies put transformation failure between 70 and 88%, and roughly 80% of what decides the outcome is behavioral, not technical (McKinsey). I spent 25 years leading transformations at global scale, built the ATLAS-ESI™ diagnostic to measure the human side, and wrote the book on the method (Future State Found, out October 20, 2026). The programs are that system and are measured, not guessed, sized to each situation.
