• LearnWorlds — our learning management platform, which sets cookies necessary for account login, course access, purchases, and platform functionality.

• JotForm (or successor form provider) — used to deliver our ATLAS-TSI™ quizzes and assessments. JotForm may set cookies necessary for form functionality and may collect information you submit through these forms. Please refer to JotForm's privacy and cookie policies for details on their practices. 
• Make.com - Used for workflow automation to deliver the quiz or assessment results to you and score your outcomes.

• Google Analytics 4 — used to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. IP addresses are anonymized before storage, and no precise geolocation is collected. You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Google Tag Manager — used to manage which tracking scripts load on our Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies for tracking purposes but is the mechanism through which other tracking technologies (including our Meta Pixel) are managed.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build audiences for ad campaigns, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site. When you have accepted marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel:
• Transmits data about your visit (pages viewed, actions taken such as completing our quiz) to Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Uses Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching feature, which transmits a cryptographically hashed (scrambled and non-reversible) version of personal information you enter in forms on our Site (such as email address, phone number, or name) to help Meta match your activity to your Meta account. The original personal information is not sent — only the hashed version.
• May automatically transmit page and product information visible on the pages you view for advertising optimization purposes.

  Additional advertising platforms — we may from time to time use other advertising and retargeting services (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other social platforms). Where we do, the relevant tracking technologies will be disclosed and, where required, presented through our cookie consent mechanism. We will update this policy when we add new advertising tracking to our Site.

• ActiveCampaign — Email Communications: ActiveCampaign is our email marketing and automation platform. It may set tracking pixels in emails to measure engagement with our communications (opens, clicks) and delivers your quiz and assessment results directly to you.
• ActiveCampaign — Site Tracking: ActiveCampaign also provides a site-tracking script that associates your website behavior with your contact record in ActiveCampaign, which helps us personalize communications and understand which topics interest our audience. This site tracking only activates for visitors who have accepted marketing cookies and whose browsers are not sending a Global Privacy Control signal.

• Affiliate tracking cookies — when you arrive at our Site through an affiliate partner's referral link, a cookie is placed to attribute any resulting purchase to that affiliate. This affiliate tracking cookie has a duration of 60 days.

The book, Future State Found, Why Most Transformations Fail and the 6-Step System for Navigating What's Next, by Mark R Cooley,  is published and sold by Manifest Next Media LLC. When the book is offered for sale through our Site, we do so under rights granted to us by Manifest Next Media LLC. Cookies related to book sales through our Site are subject to the same categories and consent controls described in this policy. Book purchases through third-party retailers (such as Amazon) are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of those retailers.

When you first visit our Site, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept all cookies ("Got it!"), reject all non-essential cookies ("Reject all"), or open the "accept individual cookies" panel to individually accept or reject the Functional, Analytics, and Marketing categories. Necessary cookies are always enabled and cannot be turned off through the banner because they are essential for the Site to function.

Your preferences are stored in a first-party cookie for 12 days, after which our banner will reappear so you can reconfirm your choice. You can change your preferences at any time through our cookie settings link available on our Site.

Some browsers offer a legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry or legal standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals, our Site does not respond to DNT. However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which is the modern successor to DNT and is legally recognized in California and other jurisdictions — see Section 5.4 for details. We will update this policy if industry standards for DNT change.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business practices, including as we add new advertising tracking or other cookies to our Site. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
