VIRTUAL team Workshop

GIVE YOUR TEAM THE STRUCTURE TO MOVE A MEANINGFUL CHALLENGE FORWARD

A facilitated virtual workshop for founder-led teams facing an important next-stage challenge. Through tailored preparation, two live working sessions, and a 30-day activation review, your team builds the awareness, alignment, and practical plan needed to carry the work through together.

Built for Teams That Need to Move Forward Together

This is not a webinar or generic online training program. It is a structured, facilitated working engagement for leadership teams that need to clarify a real challenge, align around what matters most, and build a plan the people responsible for execution can carry forward.

The Virtual Team Workshop is a strong fit when your team is distributed, travel is impractical, or you want to work through the process over several weeks rather than compressing everything into two consecutive days.

A Structured Process, Built Around Your Team

The virtual format is designed to give your team enough time to prepare, do the work together, test, and return with better questions before finalizing the path forward.

1. Prepare
2. Build
3. Activate

1. Prepare: Team Insight and Shared Context

Before the live sessions begin, your team completes the Team ATLAS assessment and targeted intake work.

The founder completes a focused intake about the business, the challenge ahead, and what needs to change. Participants also provide their perspective, helping surface patterns, opportunities, and differences in how the team sees the work.

Mark reviews the inputs and prepares a tailored workshop-readiness report to guide the sessions.

Included in Preparation:
  • Team ATLAS assessment for up to seven participants
  • Founder intake
  • Participant intake and perspective gathering
  • A 60-minute founder pre-call to review early themes, clarify context, and prepare for the sessions
  • A brief 15-minute individual check-in with each participant to introduce the process, clarify roles, surface early questions, and help the team arrive ready to work
  • A tailored workshop-readiness report based on the assessment, intake, and conversations

 2. Build: Two Facilitated Virtual Working Sessions

Your team meets virtually for two extended working sessions, typically scheduled about one week apart.

In the first session, you establish shared understanding of the challenge, review the team’s patterns and perspectives, and apply the Future State Found system to the work in front of you. The focus is on helping the team see the situation more clearly, identify what is getting in the way, and begin building alignment around the path forward.

Between sessions, participants take responsibility for defined pieces of the work and collaborate on a shared draft plan. This is where the team begins moving from discussion into ownership.

The second session pressure-tests that plan. Together, you work through key questions, competing priorities, risks, and decisions so the plan is realistic, tailored to the team, and ready to put into action.

The Standard Format Includes:
  • Two live virtual working sessions
  • Approximately four hours per session, including a break
  • Applied work using the Future State Found system
  • Team review of ATLAS and intake insights
  • Structured activities, facilitated discussion, and practical exercises
  • Between-session plan-building work
  • Review and refinement of the team’s draft action plan

3. Activate: Put the Plan Into Practice

After the second session, the team begins using the plan in the real world.

That is where new questions, obstacles, and opportunities naturally appear. Approximately 30 days after the final working session, the team returns for a 60-minute activation review to discuss what surfaced, make adjustments, and clarify the next steps.

This is not simply a workshop followed by a document. It is a guided process designed to help the plan hold up once real work begins.

Included After the Workshop:
  • A documented, team-built action plan
  • A 60-minute 30-day activation review
  • Guidance on early implementation questions and adjustments
  • A clear opportunity to determine whether the team is ready to continue independently or would benefit from ongoing Finish Line support

What Your Team Leaves the Virtual Workshop With

Your team will leave with:

  • A clearer shared understanding of the challenge
  • Team-level insight from the ATLAS assessment and intake process
  • Greater awareness of the behavioral patterns affecting decisions and execution
  • Stronger alignment around priorities, ownership, and next steps
  • A documented, team-built action plan
  • A practical path for putting that plan into motion
  • A scheduled 30-day review point after the plan meets real-world conditions

Is the Virtual Workshop Right for Your Team?

The Virtual Team Workshop is usually a strong fit if:

  • Your leadership team works across locations
  • Travel or time away from operations would be difficult
  • You want live, applied facilitation without an on-site event
  • You value time between sessions to reflect, prepare, and build ownership
  • You need a shared way to work through a meaningful challenge
  • You want to test the plan in practice before the follow-up review

If the work is especially high-stakes, the team dynamics are highly complex, or getting everyone in the same room would materially improve the outcome, the On-Site Workshop may be the better fit.
