Earns the CTS (Certified Transformation Strategist) credential. Foundation certification required.

Three full days of live intensive instruction

Delivered before the first live day. Includes a deeper review of your ATLAS-TSI results, an initial stakeholder mapping exercise for your chosen project, and a preliminary ASPIRE readiness checklist — so live time is spent on application rather than orientation.
Deep application of the complete FSF methodology
Hands-on deployment of all five components — ASPIRE execution architecture, PAUSE-D decision framework, MUSIC prioritization system, and EARN executive oversight model — applied to a real transformation initiative you bring to the program.
Your ASPIRE execution blueprint
A complete, customized transformation execution plan built during the program around your actual current project. Ready to deploy the following week.
Your MUSIC-prioritized workplan
A structured, prioritized execution roadmap for your current initiative — built using the MUSIC framework with expert facilitation.
Your EARN stakeholder engagement plan
A documented sponsor and stakeholder management plan — specific to your initiative and your organizational context.
A live follow-up application session
Held approximately three weeks after the intensive days. You bring real results, real friction points, and real questions from applying the methodology in the field. This is where the deepest learning happens.
The Transformation Leadership Professional credential
Upon successful completion, you earn the TLP credential — recognized as the practitioner-level certification in the Future State Found system.

ABOUT Mark
Mark R. Cooley is a transformation strategist, professor, and executive consultant with nearly three decades of experience leading high-stakes organizational change across some of the world's most demanding institutions — including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Seagen.
