Course overview
The highest credential in the Future State Found system. The Architect level is built for transformation leaders operating at enterprise scale — those responsible for large-scale, high-stakes, or multi-initiative transformation environments. Two live intensives separated by a real-world application period, followed by six months of direct strategic support. This is not a more advanced version of Expertise. It is a fundamentally different scope of work. Earns the Certified Transformation Architect (CTA) credential. Level 2 Practitioner certification required.

Two five-day live intensives

Ten days of live instruction delivered by our founder across two intensive sessions — separated by a structured real-world application period. This is not a longer version of the level 2 certification. It is a fundamentally different scope of engagement built for enterprise-scale transformation leadership.

Advanced ATLAS-TSI organizational deployment

Designing and administering the ATLAS-TSI™ across departments, functions, or entire organizations — producing an aggregate Transformation Readiness Map that informs portfolio-level strategy.

Portfolio governance and multi-initiative execution

The discipline of running concurrent transformation initiatives without collision, resource conflict, or executive confusion — applied to your actual organizational portfolio.

EARN™ at board and C-suite level

Advanced sponsor engagement frameworks for the most senior and most consequential stakeholders in any transformation. Building governance structures that make engagement structural, not personality-dependent.

The Architecture framework

Moving from practitioner to organizational architect — designing the internal systems and practitioner capability that allow organizations to lead transformation independently at scale.

Structured real-world application gap period

The period between the two intensives. You apply Architect-level frameworks to a live enterprise initiative with regular check-in sessions with the founder — building the documented real-world evidence base your capstone requires.

The Advanced Practitioner Capstone

A documented, assessed demonstration of full-system FSF methodology deployment at enterprise scale — the formal evidence base for the highest credential in the Future State Found system.

Six months of direct strategic support

After the second intensive, you enter six months of direct access to the founder — strategic counsel, methodology questions, and expert support for the highest-stakes transformation challenges in your career. This is the feature no other certification offers at any price point.
