ABOUT Mark
Mark R. Cooley is a transformation strategist, professor, and executive consultant with nearly three decades of experience leading high-stakes organizational change across some of the world's most demanding institutions — including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Seagen. He is the creator of the ASPIRE Transformation System and ATLAS-TSI diagnostic, the founder of Future State Found, and the author of Future State Found (September 2026).
